Intricate handcut kaleidoscopic three dimensional collage using 19th century illustrations of the facial muscles. 
I'd been watching a documemntary about how they build up the muscles on the face in forensic reconstructions to identify people and found it utterly fascinating. It makes me wonder what I would look like without skin.
 
This piece is presented in a hand finished wooden frame.
